Withdrawals from p99 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification being completed on your account before the first withdrawal is processed.

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have cleared any active bonus conditions are eligible for withdrawal.

Wagering requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which means you need to place bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiple for each promotion is stated clearly on its terms page — p99 does not bury this information in footnotes.
Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets and certain Casino games may contribute at different rates. Slots typically contribute at 100%. The contribution breakdown is listed on the promotions page.
Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Wagering progress already completed will not be credited if a bonus expires.
Claiming bonuses: Bonuses are generally credited automatically upon qualifying deposit. Some promotions may require you to opt in before depositing — this is stated on the promotion page. Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once, or across multiple accounts, will result in all bonus funds being voided.
p99 reserves the right to modify, pause or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is modified after you have already opted in and made a qualifying deposit, the terms applicable at the time of your qualifying action will generally apply.
The Sports Betting section of p99 covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments), Football, Esports and other sports as listed on the Sports page. Bets are accepted on pre-match and in-play markets where indicated.
Bet settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant fixture or market. For Cricket, the official result declared by the match referee and confirmed by the relevant cricket board is used. Abandoned or no-result matches are treated as void and stakes are returned.

In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Once an in-play bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at p99's discretion.
Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet and per event are displayed within the betting interface. Bets that exceed these limits will be settled to the maximum amount applicable.
p99 reserves the right to limit the stake amount on specific markets, decline bets or restrict a player's access to certain markets if unusual betting patterns are detected.
p99 Live Casino, Slots and Bingo are provided for entertainment purposes. All games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer tables supplied by established gaming content providers.
Return to Player (RTP): Each Slots title displays an RTP percentage which represents the average return over a statistically significant number of game rounds. RTP is a long-term average and does not predict the outcome of any individual session.
Live Casino: Live Casino tables are operated by professional dealers in real time. Results are determined by the physical outcome of each game round — cards dealt, roulette wheel spin or dice roll — and are final once the round is closed.
